Terms of Service

✅ 1. Appointments & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

✅ 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

• Not showing up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 

✅ 3. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the technician reserves the right to shorten the appointment or cancel it, depending on the schedule. In this case, the deposit is also non-refundable. 

✅ 4. Health & Safety

• Services will not be provided if you have eye infections or any active skin/eye irritations.

✅ 8. Allergies or Reactions

• Please note that every individual may react differently to eyelash extension adhesives and their vapors.

Although the technician at LASHES TODAY Studio uses only high-quality, professional-grade glues, some clients may still experience sensitivity or allergic reactions. If you suspect you may have an allergy, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor prior to your appointment. If needed, you may request information in advance about the products and materials that will be used during your procedure. LASHES TODAY Studio and its technicians are not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health conditions that may occur as a result of the eyelash extension procedure. 

✅ 9. Photography Consent

• Before/after photos may be taken for marketing purposes. You can opt out by notifying your technician.
